Our Approach on Contracting
Contracts formalise agreements by defining the terms and conditions under which good, services or works are purchased.
Contracts impose legal obligations on each party to the contract. It is critical, therefore, that these contract obligations are clear, precise and unambiguous. Care and expertise is required in both their drafting and administration.
RR QUANTITY SURVEYORS assist and advise our Clients in the process of contract formation, including designing and operating effective procurement processes, negotiating and agreeing contract conditions, preparing contract documentation, including ancillary documentation such as collateral agreements, bonds, guarantees, etc.
RR PROJECT MANAGERS AND QUANTITY SURVEYORS are involved in all aspects of contract administration from undertaking the formal role of Contract Administrator (Or Employer’s Representative), to undertaking the defined role of Quantity Surveyor to providing support and advice to Contract Administrators and Parties to contracts.
