Construction Management

 

Construction Management is a proven way of getting your building constructed. It is widely used in Europe and the USA. RR have been providing this service to clients in Ireland since experiencing the system first hand in Europe in the early 90’s.

How it works:

This system is very appropriate given the building industry’s trend towards increased specialization, complexity and fragmentation on both the design side and construction side.

Construction Management involves sub-dividing the project into trade packages. Each package is tendered competitively. Each Contractor enters into a contract with the Client. RR Quantity Surveyors manage the procurement, contract and cost administration system. RR Construction Managers manage and co-ordinate the activity of the contractors on site. Health and Safety is managed by RR or by an independent company.
