Cost Management/ Quantity Surveying

 

RR are Chartered Quantity Surveyors of long standing with experience across the full spectrum of procurement routes. The QS service is multi-facetted and diverse and incorporates the following main service components:

• Advise on procurement –ensuring that the route chosen is the best-fit to the client’s requirements \ constraints.
• Accurate preliminary cost estimates- ensuring that the client can have confidence in his development appraisal models \funding requirements.
• Comprehensive tender documents – ensuring that the building as tendered has value “designed in” and that it remains in-line with initial budgets.
• Watertight contract documents- ensuring that the client is protected and there is minimal scope for price escalation.
• Vigilant cost control during construction – ensuring that final costs are within those planned

The common thread throughout our service is that reports are open, comprehensive, punctual and designed to facilitate pro-active team participation in the process.
