Project Management

Never has it been so important to pro-actively manage the building process from inception to occupation. Project Management is necessary because:

  • Design has become more complex and fragmented resulting in additional professional consultants being required such as Planning Consultant, Fire Consultant, Landscape Architect in addition to the traditional team of Architect, Mechanical & Electrical and Structural Engineers and Quantity Surveyor
  • Expanding statutory requirements covering planning, building regulations, sustainability and Health & Safety
  • Contractors have specialized and fragmented to deal with the increased diversity and technical advances in materials and systems
  • Increased diversity in how you can procure and fund your project brings additional people and requirements to the building process

In this environment producing the optimum solution demands good team work, good communications and good systems. Engaging the services of a Project Manager is critical for success.

A Project Manager is needed to put a plan together which will incorporate the issues and requirements above while marshalling and organizing the team to deliver the Client’s requirements.

When appointed as Project Managers, RR will take ownership of the project, manage the process and will dedicate itself to the successful achievement of the Client objectives.
