Rogerson Reddan is pleased to have provided Quantity Surveying services for the successful completion of the new Gaelscoil Donncha Rua development in Shannon, Co. Clare.
The project involved the construction of a new school building comprising four mainstream classrooms and a two-class special needs unit, together with associated site development works. These included student set-down and parking facilities, ball courts, play areas and a dedicated soft play area for the special needs unit.
Working alongside Limerick and Clare Education and Training Board, Healy Partners Architects, Downes Associates, Don O'Malley & Partners and Coolsivna Construction Ltd, the project team delivered a modern educational facility that will serve pupils, staff and the wider community for many years to come.
