Rogerson Reddan are proud to have provided full Cost Management (Quantity Surveying) Services on the recently completed Merrion Building, located just off Merrion Square, Dublin 2.
This project involved the construction of a new state of the art office building including Cat A fit-out. The project maximised the use of a tight city centre site which was previously part occupied by a dated two storey office building. This development, within minutes of DART, Suburban Rail and Luas lines, built to the latest energy efficiency standards, makes this a striking and sustainable addition to the streetscape.
