Rogerson Reddan Managing Delivery of Landmark School Project at St. Flannan’s College, Ennis

The development of this major new school building at St. Flannan’s College in Ennis, County Clare is notable not only for its scale but also for its use of Modern Methods of Construction (MMC)—most prominently, large-scale timber frame modular construction. This project, commissioned by the Department of Education and Youth, is set to become the largest school of it’s kind in Munster.

Set on an accelerated delivery programme, the project is being developed at pace to ensure that students and staff at St. Flannan’s College benefit from advanced facilities as soon as possible. Included in the new accommodation are purpose-built facilities for students with Special Educational Needs (SEN), reflecting a strong commitment to inclusivity and accessibility.
