Maeve Grogan – Associate Director & Financial Controller
Maeve Grogan has been appointed as Associate Director, in addition to her role as Financial Controller. Since joining Rogerson Reddan in 2008, Maeve has played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s financial strategy and operational success. Her remit includes financial accounting functions, leading profitability analysis, identifying key performance indicators, and overseeing the billing process. Maeve’s strategic insight and deep understanding of the business have been instrumental in guiding the firm’s long-term financial planning.
Dylan Barry – Associate Director, Project Management
We also welcome Dylan Barry to the role of Associate Director, bringing with him over 25 years of experience in the construction industry. Dylan holds an MSc in Construction & Project Management from the University of Ulster and has successfully delivered complex projects across both public and private sectors. His diverse background, spanning consultancy, contracting, and development, equips him with a comprehensive perspective on project delivery. Dylan has managed projects from inception through to handover and operational stages, and continues to enhance his expertise through ongoing professional development.
