To mark Earth Day on 22nd April, we at Rogerson Reddan wanted to take the opportunity to highlight our ongoing efforts to make the world a greener place. For us, sustainability goes beyond the projects we deliver, it’s part of how we work and engage with our communities.

On 30th April 2026, our team will take part in a local clean-up around the Haddington Road area as part of National Spring Clean 2026, Ireland’s largest anti-litter campaign. Organised by An Taisce, National Spring Clean runs throughout the month of April each year, with nationalspringclean.org serving as the central resource for communities taking part across the country. It’s a practical way to give back; while also encouraging greater awareness of the waste we generate every day.
A similar even took place in Limerick on 3rd April, The Great Limerick Clean-Up in collaboration with Team Limerick Clean Up (TLC). This is an annual initiative aimed at promoting community involvement in cleaning and beautifying Limerick City and County.
Across the business, we’re continuing to improve how we operate internally. This year, enhanced recycling facilities and clearer guidance were introduced in our Dublin office, alongside the rollout of reusable coffee cups and water bottles to reduce single-use plastics.
We’re also focused on building engagement across the team. Initiatives such as our “Bring Your Plant to Work” day in March and a team step challenge running through February are simple but effective ways to promote a more sustainable and health-conscious workplace culture.
In March 2026, we were proud to support the “Make a Switch” event with Limerick and Clare ETB, where students presented innovative ideas to reduce plastic use and promote recycling and reuse.
Ongoing learning remains a priority. Members of our Sustainability Group attended CPDs at the SEAI Energy Show 2026, gaining insights into retrofit, BER calculations, carbon foot printing, and upcoming regulatory changes.
These actions reflect our broader approach, that sustainability is not just about large-scale projects, but about consistent, everyday improvements.
