We’re incredibly proud to share that Patricia Barrett was awarded the Excellence in Project Management prize at the Women in Construction Awards on Friday night.
Being shortlisted was already a significant achievement, but to take home the main award is a fantastic recognition of Patricia’s work — and one that is richly deserved.

Patricia is an outstanding project manager who brings clarity, calm, and precision to everything she does. She’s highly respected not just within Rogerson Reddan, but also by her colleagues and collaborators at KWETB, where her work has made a real and lasting impact.
On the night, Patricia was characteristically modest about her chances — but when her name was announced, there was no mistaking how delighted we were. The Rogerson Reddan contingent in the audience made sure the room knew exactly how proud we were, with what might just have been the loudest cheer of the evening!
A big congratulations once again to Patricia from all of us — we’re lucky to have her as part of our team.
