Graduate/Trainee Quantity Surveyor Programme

We have vacancies for ambitious trainee quantity surveyors who want to advance and complete their professional accreditation.

By joining us at Rogerson Reddan, you’ll be an integral part of a small, dynamic, client-facing team working on all stages of varied projects.

In a supportive and learning-focused environment, you can avail of many internal and external options to continue your development and achieve your professional accreditation.

Why Join Rogerson Reddan?

Our mission statement has three objectives: “to be a trusted partner to our clients, an enthusiastic team player and a company that enriches the lives of our people”.

We take each of those objectives seriously and we believe that no single objective can be achieved in isolation. If your ambitions include doing great work, in a positive collaborative environment, whilst enriching your life, then we are well matched.

Gain Broad Experience

We are an Irish-owned progressive consultancy firm providing cost management, project management and a range of specialist consultancy services from our offices in Dublin, Limerick and Kildare. At Rogerson Reddan, you’ll be an integral part of a small dynamic team, led by an owner-director, and supported by associate directors and senior chartered quantity surveyors. You’ll work on a variety of projects, experiencing all project stages from initial feasibility studies to final accounts. You will liaise with clients and be fully involved in all aspects of providing cost management services.

Enhance Your Training and Development

We’re known and respected for the quality of the training we provide. Don’t take our word for it: ask any current or former team member. The most valuable training we provide is to immerse you in providing services to our clients in a supportive and learning-oriented environment.

We supplement this with many options for continuing professional development, from weekly lunchtime seminars to Friday coffee morning ‘experience sharing’ sessions. We are open and collaborative and we work hard to share our knowledge and experience to benefit everyone on the team.

We encourage and support appropriate external training at all levels, to enhance specialist skills or to diversify into a new area. Our people have completed Masters Degrees, Secondary Degrees, Postgraduate Diplomas, and many other qualifications. Our Trainee Quantity Surveyors have since gained further qualifications and now work in complementary areas such as project management, programme management, public procurement specialist, construction disputes advisor, conciliator, or adjudicator.

Support Your Professional Accreditation

As a graduate, we’ll support you in achieving your professional accreditation as soon as possible. Our trained and active professional assessors provide structured training, one-to-one mentoring including mock interviews.

Achieve a Healthy Work-Life Balance

Our mission statement includes the objective of enriching the lives of our people. Part of this is ensuring that work is fulfilling and rewarding. With our flexible and hybrid work arrangements, we find a balance that works for you.

We help our people with their physical and mental wellbeing by organising and facilitating many different activities including metal health workshops, company yoga classes, hikes, cycles, golf, and more.

At Rogerson Reddan, we value equality and diversity. We’ve created a work environment where everyone feels they belong and are comfortable being themselves.

If you’re ambitious and enthusiastic, you’ll feel at home here.

If you feel that this is the environment for you, send your CV to manager@rra.ie with a short note explaining how you share our ambition.

We look forward to hearing from you.
