Job description

The primary focus will relate to pre-contract and post contract fast track projects as part of our accelerated MMC project teams. Opportunities may arise for involvement on other projects.

The suitable candidate may be based in our Dublin, Kildare or Limerick office, and should have the following attributes:

  • Chartered status or working towards chartership.

  • Experience of the Capital Works Management Framework.

  • Strong understanding of construction technology.

  • Strong measurement skills.

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

  • Self-motivated / team player.

  • Ambitious / pro-active.

  • Ability to work on your own initiative or as part of a team.

  • Excellent attention to detail.

  • Willing to learn and apply the use of Mudshark and CostX measurement software.
